Abstract
This is a continuation of my work on Arithmetic Teichmuller Spaces developed in the present series of papers. In this paper, I show that the Theory of Arithmetic Teichmuller Spaces leads to a proof of the abc-conjecture asserted by Shinichi Mochizuki.
