お願いします

sin xをt=tan (x/2)であらわすときcos x=(1-t^2)/(1+t^2)を利用して
(sin x)^2=1-(cos x)^2から導くと
±(2t/(1+t^2))になってしまうのですがこのやり方は
何が間違っているのでしょうか
