自分もまさに同じことが起こった！
つい先日acceptされたSpringer-Nature社の論文の校正用原稿の参考文献リスト、
投稿していたものと論文名が異なっているものが多数あった。
こっちが間違えたのかと思って確認したけど、投稿した原稿は正しかった。
参考文献120個以上あるのに全部チェックするはめに。

数ヶ月前に発表した論文を読み返してみたんだ。
校正段階で、ピリオドがいくつか謎の削除をされていることに気づいたんだよね。
文はまだ大文字で始まっているんだけど、前のピリオドが消されちゃってるんだ。
これは普段しないミスだし、たぶん今まで一度もしたことないから、
僕のミスじゃなくて、ジャーナルのプロセスで起きたことだってのは明らかだよね。

校正段階で注意深く読んで、いくつかのミスは修正したんだけど、今読み返してみたら、
いくつか見落としてたんだよね。ジャーナルに連絡して修正してもらうつもりだけど、
校正段階で気づくべきだったから、あんまり期待はしてないんだ。

他の人もこんなこと経験したことある？
Wordのファイルを論文の最終版に変換するのに使ってるソフトとかが原因なんじゃないかなって疑ってるんだよね。
僕のミスじゃないし、最初に提出した原稿にはなかったのに、
最終提出から校正の間に現れたんだから、すごくイライラするよね。

これはアメリカのジャーナルで、僕の分野ではまあまあ有名で、
編集者のうちの一人とは個人的に知り合いなんだ。

Erratumと言ってないんだから著者が悪いんだろ
訂正してくれる会社に感謝しろよ

イ＊ド人の校正下請け会社が仕事をしたという形を作る為に
わざと原稿に手を入れてたりする可能性。ＡＩを使った
最新の校正方法をいろいろ試していて、失敗をしている可能性。

Windowsと同じで、書籍が電子版に移行したら、間違いがあれば後で直せば良い、
多数の読者にデバッグして貰えば良い。バージョンアップすれば、また
新しい版のライセンスが売れて金が定期的に儲かる。そういうビジネスモデルに
出版社全体がなりつつあるのかもしれません。頻繁にバージョンアップしている
教科書は、不具合の修正のためだけではなくて如何にも著者の金儲けの為にわざ
とやっているような感がある。

一度書いた論文は変更不可能で修正は上書きでしかできない
そう習って生きてきたのでXみたいに都合が悪ければ消して逃げるみたいなのは納得いかない

ここの編集事務全員クビにしてAIに投げた方がマシだろう

最近、AIを導入して乱用しているらしくて、内容を理解せずにデタラメな理解の注を図やグラフに勝手につけてくるなど編集の頭がおかしい。

「シュプリンガー・ジャパン事件（東京地判平29・7・3）」は、女性従業員が第2子の出産・育児休業の取得後に会社から復職を拒否され、退職勧奨や解雇を言い渡されたことの有効性が争われた裁判です。
裁判所は、育休取得を背景とした解雇や退職強要は男女雇用機会均等法や育児・介護休業法に反し無効であるとして、労働者勝訴の判決を下しました。事件の経緯2010年9月〜：原告（女性従業員）が第1子妊娠に伴い産休・育休を取得し、2011年7月に職場復帰。2014年8月〜：第2子出産のため2回目の産休・育休を取得。2015年5月：所属会社を含むグループが合併し、のちの「シュプリンガー・ネイチャー」体制へ移行。2015年3月以降：職場復帰の調整を申し出たところ、会社側は「従前の部署に人員の空きがない」などとして、海外子会社への転籍や大幅な減給を伴う異動・退職勧奨を実施し、就労を拒否。会社側はその後、過去の勤務態度（協調性不足や指導命令違反など）を理由に解雇を強行。裁判所の判断解雇の無効：妊娠・出産や育児休業の取得に近接して行われた不利益扱いにあたり、会社側の主張する解雇事由は客観的に合理的な理由を欠き、権利の濫用であると判断。不法行為の成立：復職を拒み退職を強要した一連の対応は違法であり、会社側に損害賠償の支払いが命じられた。

口コミから見える退職傾向キャリアアップ前提の退職：
外資系企業ということもあり、「最初から数年間の在籍でキャリアを積み、次のステップへ転職することを前提に入社する」人が一定数います。
体制変更による影響：2015年の大規模な合併（シュプリンガーとネイチャー・パブリッシング・グループ等の統合）以降、本社（ドイツ・イギリス）主導の中央集権的な体制が強まり、ノルマの厳格化や社風の変化を理由に退職を検討したという声が見られます。
部署による環境の差：有給休暇が取りやすくフレックスやリモートワーク（週3回までなど）を活用して柔軟に働ける部署がある一方、1人1プロジェクト制のため、産休・育休の穴埋めによる業務負担の偏りが退職検討のきっかけになったという過去の指摘もあります。
